Our one-time fee is only charged after the tenant pays their first month's rent and security deposit. Most companies will charge 50% to 100% of the first month's rent. We only charge 1/3 of the first month's rent. Each property we show for landlords costs $45 per hour. We also do background checks, employment checks, and reference checks for each applicant.
